About Us
Where it all began..
Eternal Sinners began on the 19th October 2006 and was Founded by Melv (Rolenda) and Steve (Thorongil) on the Earthen Ring EU server. After being somewhat unhappy in the previous guild we had been in, we decided to form our own and run it how we thought a guild should be run.
It consisted, for a long time, mainly of real life friends but in the summer of 2007 we decided to expand and become a fully fledged raid guild. At it's height we had 150 members, raided almost everynight and was running three seperate teams in Karazhan.
All was well for some time until the summer of 2008, where a lot of the players seemed to drop away from the game, it became a struggle to find enough players to fill a 25 man group, even though the guild still had a high ammount of members. Coupled with the fact that a lot of members began taking the piss, Eternal Sinners ceased raiding in the autumn of 2008.
Just before christmas a couple of us rolled characters on a new realm, Wildhammer and after some debating we decided to move our characters and the guild to that server, where it has happily lived til this present day as a social guild.
Currently it has a handfull of members who again, know each other in real life, most are from my hometown. This is how we like it at the moment, but it may change in the future, who knows??
